Hi there i wouldnt worry to much,i recently found out i was pregnant,because of previous problems i had a very early scan,and we saw nothing,except thickening of the lining,which is good sign,means your body is preparing itself..i thought i was further on,but in fact i ovulated later in my cycle,did they do blood tests to check your levels.i bet in 2 weeks you shall see alot more..its very rare for false positive..if they were very faint,its way to early to see,try to relax.. So many people say it and it . Have to go back Friday at 5 weeks . Maybe our dates are off?? i got one done at 6wks, next will be done only to rule out gestational anomalies at 13-14 weeks after that only and only if it is mandatory. Ultrasound speaking, we can expect to see fetal pole at that time.
