Are you a Loser?

Well then, you are a loser! You will lose not only your health but also die at an earlier age.

You see, constantly eating food with high fat content will make you fat. When you are fat, you don’t like to exercise because it takes too much effort or maybe you don’t have the time. This lack of exercise and the stress you face, whether at work or at home, will lead to heart disease.

If you are constantly stressed out, you will get high blood pressure. If your blood pressure is always high, you will likely get a stroke.

A stroke victim collapses suddenly and dies. That’s the good part! However if he doesn’t die, he becomes paralysed on one side of his body and one side of his face. Can you picture having a lop-sided face? A droopy eye-lid, a sagging cheek and mouth pulled down to one side. His speech function is impaired and he can only make unintelligible sounds. There could also be loss of other bodily functions such as incontinence and the ability to walk.
