Going on a diet to lose weight can be hard especially if the going gets tough. If you have been consistent in controlling your intake of food and exercising at the same time, you would have lost some weight.
However, as we all know, routine can be boring especially when it has been many months of dieting.

If you are eating in a restaurant, order food that are sparing in sauces. Avoid creamy soups. Settle for side salads. Instead of French fries opt for baked potato. Have fruit as dessert.
If you are dining with a friend, you can share the meal. This way you eat less and also save on costs.
Avoid buffets if you can. If you can’t, then begin with a salad that has lots of greens. This will fill you up so that you will not be able to eat a lot. Pick and choose the food that has less fat and eat less of what is spread out in the buffet line.
