Do you know how much you need to eat in a day? If you don’t, you will get fat. If you do, you don’t get fat.
This is the secret which a good doctor shared. Just multiply your weight in kg by 30 calories. For example, I weigh 50 kg so what I need each day is 50×30 which is 1500 calories.
If I consume more than what is needed, the excess will be converted into fat and over a period of time, you will see me putting on weight!!
So it’s just simple arithmetic if you want to maintain your weight or lose weight.
However if you exercise daily and keep your metabolism revved up, you can burn off some extra calories.
