Eat more salads and you will lose weight. Use dark green vegetables, red capsicums, cucumber, carrot, tomatoes and cabbage.
Add in hard boiled egg and if you wish, some tuna soaked in brine, not oil. ( canned variety ) Squeeze in lemon juice or calamansi juice and mix your salad.
This is very healthy for you and will fill you up as it has protein and carbohydrates, antioxidants and omega 3.
