Eat More Often & Lose Weight

You must  think that I’m joking! If you want to lose weight how can you eat more often?

Aha, note that I didn’t say eat big meals, just eat more often! This is really effective as I myself have done it. Ate more often and lost weight.
 
All you have to do is simply break your breakfast, lunch and dinner into 6 smaller meals. Then you won’t find yourself snacking.  You won’t snack when you’re not hungry.  Believe me, I’m a snack queen and I used to snack a lot during the day and in front of the t.v. at night but because I no longer feel hungry, I have cut out the snacks. This has let me lose weight.

Besides, having 6 small meals a day will keep your metabolism going. By eating a healthy breakfast every morning you  set your metabolism up for the rest of the day, and it keeps on  burning fast.
