When we say “flour”, what is included are the following food which have flour as a main ingredient. E.g. cakes, pastries, noodles.

Sugar comes in many types of food and drink, including sweet fruits.

Recommended proportions: 50% fruit & veg, 30% protein, 20% carbohydrates.

Don’t forget to exercise regularly as this helps us to lose weight naturally.
