You can reduce your fat by eating less food that contain a lot of fat. Include more fruit and vegetables, fish, chicken without the skin and lean meat.
Eat more plant sources of protein such as legumes, peas and tofu. Avoid mayonnaise in your salads, use vinegar dressing instead. Do not use butter to cook.
Use extra virgin olive oil or virgin coconut oil.
Check your BMI (body mass index). If your BMI is high you are at risk for high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. Lower your BMI by reducing your
fat.
