Set achievable goals and be consistent in your exercise regimen. Stay disciplined and eat the food that will help
you to lose weight. Stay away from fattening and nutrient-empty food. Give yourself a pat on the back when

5. Visualise the person you want to be
Focus on the image of yourself having lost the weight you want to lose and concentrate on achieving the
desired weight.
