Do you realise that if you eat big servings of food, even healthy food, you can put on weight?
Food portions do matter, seriously!
So make sure that you do not overeat by using smaller plates and bowls, so that your servings, even though they are now smaller, you will perceive them as big enough and you will feel satisfied.
Another tip is not to eat in front of the t.v. as you will not be aware of how much you are eating. Finish your meal first before you switch on the telly.
