You can lose weight if you cut out the sweet drinks like sodas, even if they are diet sodas, juices ( a lot of sugar is added to watered down juices at juice bars ), milky drinks and alcohol such as those after dinner drinks.
Drink water instead. Some people call it Adam’s ale while others call it sky juice but whatever you choose to call it, water is best for you. You will find it most refreshing if you add a slice of lemon to warm water.
Another tip to lose weight is to have at least 2 servings of fruit each day whether before meal times or after. There are plenty of choices, local fruit or imported ones.
Consume more vegetables than meat. They are good for your digestive system.
Last but not least, do not rush through your meal. Your brain takes time to register that you are full so you will likely eat more if you eat very quickly. So eat slowly and chew your food properly. Enjoy what you are eating. Feel the texture of the food.
