Increase your Muscle Mass to Lose Weight

I know it may sound strange to some of us but it is true. We need muscles if we want to lose weight !!

Muscles help you to burn calories so if you want to lose weight, you should make sure you have muscle mass.exercise

How can you build muscle mass? Exercising with weights will increase your muscle mass. As we grow older, we tend to lose muscle mass. Our arms become soft and flabby.

You can either buy dumb bells of certain weights or to save money, just use bottles filled with water. Some people tie weighted bands round their ankles when they walk.

You can lift these weights when you exercise and doing it three times a week will definitely help you to increase your muscle mass.ex weights

Cycling will firm up those flabby arms and legs.

Muscles will burn more calories even when you’re not exercising.

    1. I’m not internet savvy either! I’m using word press so I pay for a domain and hosting. I also have an autoresponder to send emails. I don’t think It cost me an arm and a leg to set this up. You can get wordpress themes for free unless you want something really special then you need to buy.
