How can you build muscle mass? Exercising with weights will increase your muscle mass. As we grow older, we tend to lose muscle mass. Our arms become soft and flabby.
You can either buy dumb bells of certain weights or to save money, just use bottles filled with water. Some people tie weighted bands round their ankles when they walk.
You can lift these weights when you exercise and doing it three times a week will definitely help you to increase your muscle mass.
Cycling will firm up those flabby arms and legs.
Muscles will burn more calories even when you’re not exercising.
