Take your coffee and tea without sugar. Avoid food that contains sugar. Forget your cakes, ice cream and chocolates.

Hold it!  Rice, noodles, porridge, bread…… all these contain carbohydrates and that means sugar!  These are converted into sugar in our bodies.

Drink lots of water and green tea. Stuff yourself with vegetables and fish. Steam or boil your vegetables, steam your fish or you can boil it too!

Try this out for a week and see how easy it is to lose weight. Remember, no cheating and no snacking.
