Are You on Track? Or are You a Loser?

 Have you started on your weightloss program? Or are you a loser,     still  clinging to your bad habits? Still eating all the yummy but non-nutritious food which make you put on weight and grow fat?

Then you will lose not only your health but also your life! You will cheat yourself of the future, a future where you see your child a college graduate, your grandchilren holding your hand.

Do you know that eaing food with high-fat content, lacking exercise, coupled with stress, whether at work or at home, will lead to heart disease?

If you don’t manage your stress, and you are unable to relax, you will get high blood presure. If your blood pressure is always high, you are very likely to get a stroke.

A stroke victim if he doesn’t die immediately, suffers paralysis of one side of the body, mainly an arm and a leg, and one side of his face. Can you picture it?

A sagging cheek, mouth pulled down to one side and a droopy eye? Just on one side of his face. He can only make sounds because his speech function is impaired. He may also suffer loss of other mental faculties.  Do you want to be like this?

No?? Then you had better check your BMI (still remember?) and start your weightloss program, pronto! Lose your fat and lose weight fast!  Throw out the non-nutritious food and go for negative calorie food. Be a winner! Win back your health and your future!
