Exercise to Lose Weight

You need to exercise if you want to lose weight. Dieting is not enough.

The best form of exercise is to walk briskly every morning for at least 40 minutes.brisk walking

This will get your heart pumping and you will sweat. This is a form of cardio-vascular exercise which is good for your heart. Take deep breaths when you walk so that you will get more oxygen into your system.

After a few weeks you will notice that your stomach is flatter and your pants are looser. This shows you have lost fat and gained muscle. If you weigh yourself you will see that the figures have come down too.

Besides losing weight you will have improved health. Your blood pressure is lower and your sugar levels have come down too. So keep walking to lose weight and to improve your health.
