Tone your Tummy and Lose Weight

I would like to share this simple exercise with you given to me by a doctor. It tones your tummy muscles and you will lose weight.

Take a piece of wood ( the shaft of a broom stick ) and put it across the back of your shoulders.

If you have a mirror, do this exercise with your back to the mirror. Then turn all the way to your left so that you can see your full face in the mirror. Hold for 5 counts. ( 1,2,3,4,5) and return to original position with your back facing the mirror.

This time, turn all the way to your right and look at your face in the mirror. Hold for 5 counts and return to original position.

Do this 10 times ( both sides ), rest for 3 minutes, then start the exercise again. Do 3 cycles of this exercise everyday. You can do it once in the morning and another time in the evening.

After a couple of weeks, you will see the results. Your tummy becomes flatter and you have a waistline!! You have lost weight without realizing it and also a few centimeters from your waist.
