To  lose weight is not easy but with discipline and determination, you can lose weight. It’s keeping the weight off, once you have achieved your target that is difficult. You need to be consistent to maintain that weight loss.

So here’s a couple of tips that you need to bear in mind while on a weight loss program.

Avoid junk food like you would avoid AH1N1. Taking it will negate whatever weight loss you have achieved. Should you need to munch on something, then munch on a fruit. It has fewer calories than the nutrient-empty junk food and it’s a healthier option.

Remember that you lose weight only when you eat less calories than what you burn. So eat small portions but eat more often.
