Small Changes can go a Long Way

Begin with small changes and keep doing it consistently. If you love cream cakes and chocolate eclairs like me, substitute with a fruit. This will reduce your fat intake and over time it will make a difference. You will find yourself losing weight!

Stop buying processed food as they contain a lot of unhealthy fat. Just take a look at the minced beef. Do you know how much fat there is in it? Eating fresh whole food whether meat or vegetables, is much healthier. I have given up bacon and ham, even though I loved them, but being healthy is more important.

Have a colorful vegetable salad at dinner time. It will make you feel full and you will eat less of the more calorie-dense food. Remember, dinner should always be light and eaten more than four hours before your bedtime.

You will become much healthier over time as you lose weight along the way.
