Food
Bring your own packed lunch to work. Cut up lots of fruit and veges. This will fill you up. Drink water instead of coke or coffee.
Alternate with sandwiches with low fat cheese and egg or other fillings that are of low or negative calories.
Drinks
If you like going for happy hours, cut down on your alcoholic drinks. They can give you beer bellies.
Reduce or cut out beverages with lots of sugar. Replace your coffee with green tea. If you can, drink water instead of beverages or sweet carbonated drinks.
These two tips will allow you to lose weight rapidly, especially if you drink a lot of sweet stuff during the day. Weight loss is important if you want to have good health.
