I’m Peggy and I’m going to share with you the secrets of  weight loss. Many of us are not endowed with shapely bodies and through the years we become fatter and fatter or as some would put it, grow sideways.

Some people are comfortable with how they look. That’s what they tell themselves….. but secretly, I bet you, they’re wishing that they could look like someone who is slim and well-groomed.

The truth is, whether we like it or not, most of us need to lose weight. Have you looked into the mirror lately? Do you like what you see? Do you feel that you could look better, like the way you used to look when you were much younger?

Being overweight is bad for our health. Overweight people are also obese and that’s bad news. Why? Because it puts us at health risks. We will, in time to come, if we haven’t already been caught, find ourselves suffering from  metabolic syndrome.

What on earth is that, you say. Metabolic syndrome is a range of diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, strokes, kidney disease and some forms of cancer. Oh my, oh my, how dreadful!

Isn’t it simply dreadful? Of course it is! Can you picture yourself bedridden, struck down by a stroke, or  tied to a dialysis machine? So to prevent yourself from getting any of these diseases, you should check whether you are overweight or obese. Check your BMI and body fat ratio too.

People who have fat around their middle are at great risk . If you are in this group of people, do please act immediately to save yourself from a dire fate. Or worse still, put yourself at risk of premature death. Lose weight fast!

Get on a weight loss program and grab back your life! Lose weight and become healthy.

Some of you may have tried to lose weight by going on diet or working out at the gym. You may have tried different diet fads and found yourself unable to lose weight successfully. So you are back to square one and no matter how hard you try, the stubborn fat simply won’t go away.

Fed up of looking for an effective weight loss program? One that really works?

Let me share with you the secret that helped me to shed the stubborn fat. Oh yes, I was fat and didn’t realise it until my younger brother told me so.

I’ll share my fat photo with you another time!  It’s no wonder that my nickname is fattiboomboom!

So remember, sooner is better than later as being overweight compromises our health. Do take immediate action to lose weight and get back your health, claim your years of life down the road so that you can retire and see your grandchildren.
