Why You Must Not Be Overweight

If you do not watch your weight but let yourself go overboard with eating all food that look and taste good to you, you are in for many problems further down the road.

Before you realise it Overweight and Obesity will be your constant companions. Further along, as you grow older, metabolic syndrome illnesses will catch up with you. Apart from that, your excess weight will bear heavily on your knee and hip joints causing joint pain. You will find it difficult to walk and your knees will hurt and wear out more quickly because they have to carry your weight. However, if you are unfortunate enough to be in this situation, there is still a solution. You must lose weight.

Lose weight to reduce urinary leakage. You have to start a weight loss program. Then you need to do pelvic floor exercises or what is known as the Kegel exercise. When you lose weight, your urinary problem will go away as there will not be further pressure on your bladder caused by excess weight.
