Although it has high calories and fat, you can still eat it without necessarily putting on weight.Here’s how you do it!

One bar of pure chocolate is about 400 calories. You don’t have to eat the whole bar! Just half a bar will be 200 calories and you can maintain your calorie intake for the day by eating less of the other foods. For example you can cut out your snacks.
