If You Believe, You Can

You can achieve whatever you believe. If you believe you can grow your own tomatoes, you can. If you believe you can lose weight, you WILL!

Weight loss is all about changing your lifestyle and eating habits. However, this cannot be done overnight! If you try to make drastic changes in your lifestyle within a short period, you will most likely be disappointed with your weight loss efforts.

Once you believe you can grow your own tomatoes, you will do the necessary to bring that belief into reality. You will get ready a pot of soil and put in some tomato seeds. Then you will water it daily and when the seeds germinate into tiny plants, you will continue to look after the plants until they mature and bear you tomatoes.

Similarly once you believe you can lose weight, THINK POSITIVELY and TAKE ACTION to achieve your weight loss. Avoid sabotaging yourself with negative thoughts. If you continue to think that you cannot do what you need to do to lose weight, how will you ever achieve your weight loss goal?

Instead of thinking too much, just take action!

Set an achievable goal. Tell yourself that you will lose 3 lbs by the end of one week. When you start small, it is easier to reach your goal!

Once you have achieved that goal, then move on to the next goal. man lost wt2You will find that a series of small goals will bring you nearer to achieving your main goal of losing “x” amount of weight.

Get the support of your friends and family to support you. Their support will help you.
With supportive people around you, you will stay motivated and determined. Their encouragement will help you to succeed in your weight loss efforts

Believe you can lose weight and you will. Your belief in yourself is key to any achievement.
