A Quick Way to Lose Weight

Fasting is a quick way to lose weight.

Either go for a fruit fast or a water fast.

When you do a fruit fast, you eat only fruit and drink fresh fruit juices which you juice yourself from fresh fruit. Packaged fruit juices have a lot of added sugar and will not help you to lose weight. The only way you can be sure that there is no added sugar is to juice the fruits yourself.

Starfruit and guava

You can also eat fruit to replace your usual meal. If you get hungry, drink plenty of water as water will also help you to lose weight.

A three-day fruit fast will help you to lose weight. At the end of the fast you will feel more energetic and lighter.
